Hong, and together with its Managing Executive Committee, a high standard of quality control has been set up at the firm, to ensure that positive client and foreign associate law firm relationships are fostered and continually re-solidified. Throughout the process for each IP service matter entrusted to the firm, a series of quality control check points are set up, when moving from one process stage to another. These series of quality control check points allow the firm to consistently maintain its high standard of IP services.

Recruitment, training, support and retention are key facets of the firm's personale policy. Many of the firm's professionals come to the firm with outstanding academic and professional accomplishments. Tech specialist recruitment is based on word-of-mouth, and many have heard of the firm's innovative employee retention model. New professionals are provided training and support, and presented a clear path for their careers. The firm is proud of its high percentage of professionals staying and growing with the firm, and is proud of it's challenging but cohesive and fair work environment. A high standard for client services and protection of client assets are priorities for the firm. Many of the firm's professionals communicate in multiple languages, allowing the firm to excel in its cross-border IP services.

The firm has already invested hundreds of thousands of US dollars in its front and back office management software and hardware systems, with its most recent, USD 100,000 upgrade coming online in 2012.
