Yu-Shuang Hsu

Yu-Shuang Hsu joined the patent department of TOPTEAM in 2002 to assist domestic and foreign clients in patent prosecution and portfolio management. In 2013, she transferred to the Trademark Department as the Principal Trademark Administrator.

In cooperation with the Legal Department, she provides clients with full IP filing services, ranging from brand development consulting, trademark layout strategies planning for domestic and foreign clients , the best trademark filing strategy planning to improve trademark registration rate, quality control and progress monitoring, trademark dispute and infringing cases handling, etc. She has accumulated many years of experience in the field of intellectual property rights, and passed IP Capacity Building Certification Test in 2018. She is committed to providing high-quality resolutions of intellectual property-related disputes and infringement cases in Taiwan and overseas.
