Nick Tung

Nick Tung is the Senior Manager of TOPTEAM International Patent & Trademark Office. He is also a member of the Executive Committee, and his practice covers a broad range of domestic and international patent prosecution matters.
 
Mr. Tung has extensive knowledge and experience in patent prosecution in domestic and international jurisdictions. He has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1997 and has handled Taiwan patent litigation matters.
 
Mr. Tung has also represented clients in patent litigation proceedings before the Intellectual Property Court of Taiwan and counsels clients on domestic and international patent prosecution matters including non- infringement and invalidity.
 
Mr. Tung has a solid technical background and is mainly proficient in the field of mechanical engineering and design. He is also a member of Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and the Licensing Executives Society Chinese Taipei (LESCT).
