David Wang

David Wang is a Patent Attorney of TOPTEAM International Patent & Trademark Office.  He joined TOPTEAM in June, 2002.  He works with both domestic and foreign top companies for preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the fields of material science, semiconductor devices and processes, flat-panel display devices, etc., including drafting/translating (Chinese to and from English, Japanese to English and Chinese) specifications, providing comments on and arguments/responses to office actions, preparing notices of appeal/appeal briefs, preparing documents for grounds for patent invalidation, commenting on and responding to the received grounds for patent invalidation, and providing opinions on invalidation, patent-infringement analysis and patent non-infringement analysis.
 
Mr. Wang received a bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 1995.  After performing his two-year military service, he worked as a quality-control engineer at a steel-making company providing hot-rolled coils of plain carbon steel since June, 1997 and a process engineer at a production line of BGA packaging of an IC assembly house since October, 1998.
