David Chang joined TOPTEAM in 2002 and has worked here for nearly 20 years.

Since joining TOPTEAM, Mr. Chang has gained experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications within a range of technologies, including those in the semiconductor, optical electronics, biomedicine and material science fields.

Mr. Chang has practiced in the intellectual property field in TOPTEAM. His practice involves drafting TW/US patent application, TW/US patent prosecution, and TW/US patent search.
