Chia-Ling Lin

Chia-Ling Lin joined, as a Senior Patent Engineer, TOPTEAM in 2007.  Since then, Chia-Ling Lin has prepared and submitted a large number of new patent application documents each year to deal with cases in the course of patent examination.

Ms. Lin has practiced in the intellectual property field since 2007.  She has vast experience in filing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of fields, including semiconductor devices and processes; materials, and the chemical industry. 

Ms. Lin graduated from the National Tsing Hua University with a master’s degree in Chemistry and from National Chi Nan University with a bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry.

Ms. Lin has passed the patent bar examination in Taiwan in 2018, and focused on assisting leading technology companies in expanding their research efforts into intellectual property rights protection.
