Lydia Wong received her LL.M. degree with a focus one Intellectual Property Law from National Taiwan University and passed the bar exam in 2008. She has practiced law since 2009 and successfully represented clients from a variety of industries, including construction, solar energy, food, film production, etc. She has also advised leading companies on corporate governance, legal matters, and litigation strategy planning, among other issues to best benefit the business.
 
Ms. Wong joined TOPTEAM in late 2018. She is now a member of the Managing Committee and leads the Trademark and Litigation team covering IPR matters in Taiwan and overseas. Her diversified and comprehensive experience in litigation, as well as corporate matters, enables her to respond quickly to clients’ needs and offer informative and adequate advice on Infringement verification, IPR enforcement, and strategic planning for cooperative branding, trademark alignment, IPR protection, etc.

Ms. Wong is an active member of the Taiwan Bar Association (TWBA), the Taiwan Trademark Association (TTA), the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Licensing Executives Society Chinese Taipei (LESCT) where she serves as a member of its supervisory board.
 
In her spare time, Ms. Wong loves traveling, working out, cooking, and enjoying gourmet food and wine. She believes those beautiful things help her better balance life and work.
