Katrina Wu has considerable experience in filing and prosecuting patent applications relating to a wide variety of technologies, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, display technology, semiconductor technology and optical technology. Since joining TOPTEAM, Ms. Wu has gained extensive experience in patent drafting as well as patent analysis.

Among other patent services, Ms. Wu is particularly skilled at patent portfolio analysis, infringement analysis and free-to-operate evaluations. She also assists clients in the pharmaceutical industry with applications for the term extension and linkage of eligible biotechnological and pharmaceutical patents.
