She also once worked as an IP specialist for an Internet company, where she acquired abundant knowledge and experience in computer technology.

Supported by 20 years’ experience in patent and design prosecution worldwide, Ms. Wu provides advice on global patent development and management, as well as useful guidelines to formulate IP filing and protection strategies for leading companies, independent inventors, startups, small-to-medium-size OEM/ODM and product companies.

She works closely with clients to enhance the protection of their innovations, strengthen their portfolios, balance their costs, manage patent licensing and transaction, and implement and evolve their patent filing strategies along with their business development.

Ms. Wu also works with foreign associates intensively in many jurisdictions to provide clients with reliable insights and valued advice for local practice. She is described by some of her associates as “…always quick to figure out the essential core of any issue that may arise during patent prosecution and litigation worldwide…”, “…her legal and technical expertise greatly simplifies working process…..” and “unfailingly keeps her cool in times of stress, always maintaining clarity of thought no matter how much pressure is brought to bear….”

She has been elected as a Council board member of the International Affairs Committee of Taiwan Patent Attorneys Association (TWPAA), and also a member of Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and the Licensing Executives Society Chinese Taipei (LECST) . She published the book, “United States Patent Application and Examination Practices”, in 2010 as the co-author. She was also named by IAM as IAM patent 1000 since  2014.
