Johnathan Yen is the Executive Director of TOPTEAM International Patent & Trademark Office. His practice covers domestic and international intellectual property matters, specializing in the electronic, communication, and computer science fields.

Mr. Yen has vast experience in working with inventors to prepare patent applications. He has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1995 and has handled a multitude of Taiwan and international intellectual property prosecution matters.

Mr. Yen prosecutes patent applications, including corresponding with clients and preparing replies to correspondence, domestically and internationally. He also advises on patentability, non-infringement, and invalidity opinion letters.

Mr. Yen has also represented clients in patent litigation proceedings before the Intellectual Property Court of Taiwan and counsels clients on domestic and international intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution and litigation.
